THIS year’s Childrens Hospital House is open for inspections in the lead-up to Good Friday when the house will be auctioned in a live telecast.
A joint initiative between home builder Henley and developer Villawood Properties, the Children’s Hospital House is one of the most anticipated events on The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal’s busy calendar.
Hundreds of well-wishers and supporters and eager bidders are expected to flock to this year’s auction located at Villawood’s ‘Aspire’ community in Plumpton where one lucky buyer will purchase the keys to the stunning 50 square home from Henley’s prestigious Clendonvale range.
The property at 83 Aspire Boulevard, Plumpton, goes under the hammer on Good Friday 18 April, at 2pm.
It features four bedrooms, five living areas, an entertainer’s kitchen, grand balcony, landscaped front and back yards as well as luxury fittings and finishes throughout and is set on a generous 594 square metre corner block.
Last year’s successful bidders Esme and Hercules Duver said they were thrilled knowing their winning bid provided sick children with over $605,000 in funds.
Visit the home on Mondays from 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 2pm leading up to Good Friday.
