The little town of Deepwater, with a population of about 350 will hold it’s second annual Scarecrow Festival this coming November.
We are a small committee keen on putting Deepwater on the map and last year ran a successful festival with many locals, businesses and the school displaying a homemade scarecrow in their front yards.
