Members from VIEW Clubs all over the Northern Rivers came together last week at the South Tweed Sports Club for their Annual Gala Day.
More than 170 members from 14 clubs from Evans Head to the Queensland border dressed in green and headed out for a day of fun, frivolity and fundraising.
The event, for ladies of all ages, was a way for members to come and introduce themselves to a new world of giving. VIEW Clubs support the work done by The Smith Family.
VIEW stands for Voice, Interests, Education of Women and The Smith Family now concentrates on the education of disadvantaged children.
VIEW Clubs themselves support many children in The Smith Family ‘Learning for Life’ program.
