URALLA will host four international music celebrities when violinist Shenzo Gregorio joins trio BluGuru for a concert at McCrossin’s Mill on Sunday.
Gregorio’s busy program of engagements at home and abroad has included a recent Musica Viva tour with the flamenco group Bandaluzia.
He has astounded audiences around the world with his performances as a “stunt violinist” – sometimes suspended high above ground level in iconic buildings such as Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building.
He will contribute to BluGuru’s vibrant celebration of their music’s bluegrass, Celtic, folk, jazz, blues, Indian and African heritage.
The trio – Andrew Clermont, Parvyn, and Josh Bennett – are all performers renowned for their mastery of music traditions East and West.
BluGuru’s concert in Uralla on Sunday, organised by Uralla Arts, will begin at 3pm.
Tickets ($25 and $20) will be available at the door at McCrossin’s Mill.
