Ban face-masks

Recently travelling mid-morning in fast moving suburban traffic beside a driver wearing a burqa with black face-mask, her window was open and the face-mask was flapping when the strong wind from a truck passing in the opposite direction blew the face-mask up over her head where it stuck to the different coloured top section causing her to swerve dangerously across toward my vehicle as she tried to pull the face-mask down.
I braked hard and she only just missed the front of my vehicle as she swerved across my lane into the left turn lane then back across my lane into hers still trying to get the face-mask separated from the material on top.
Had this been peak-hour someone would have been seriously injured or killed, had this driver hit my car how would I or the police identify the driver without removing the face-mask?
Face-masks must be banned when driving as they seriously restrict peripheral vision and are a distracter to concentration like mobile phone usage.
Intelligent safety and necessity must override unacceptable religious ideals.
