Construction has begun at Casuarina’s latest boutique beachside land estate Beachbreak at the northern precinct on the corner of Dianella Drive and Casuarina Way..
Brisbane developer Tony McGinty said with earthworks and civil works now underway, it was an exciting step forward for this idyllic new beachside project on the Tweed Coast.
Mr McGinty said Beachbreak was quickly becoming the ideal place live or invest.
“There are limited new land stocks available in our area, so these blocks are an opportunity to invest while the market is affordable,” he said.
With only four blocks remaining out of eight, ranging from 450sqm to 600sqm and pricing starting from only $285,000, he expected the land to sell fast.
