editors over the past years I felt it was time I put pen to paper. I would like to ask a lot of writers have they met Warren Polglase personally and do they know him or only what they read in the papers.
Yes I am Warren’s wife/friend and we have been happily married for 48 years. I met Warren in a small South Australian country town, after we married we worked the family farm, 20 years later we moved to a rice property in the Riverina and then in 1989 we moved to Tweed.
We have two children and four grandchildren. Warren believes in a strong family unit and likes nothing more than spending time with his family and supporting them in their sporting/academic achievements.
He has always supported me including the organisation of the Christmas Day Lunch in Tweed for the past 14 years. I know Warren loves the community and has always been a strong supporter to local community organisations. He is a local person who gives his time and resources and asks for no accolades.
All I say is – you need to know Warren Polglase as a person; by the way Warren did not tell me to write this.
