Cooloon Children’s Centre Inc, a non-profit community based children’s service in Tweed Heads, is hosting the 13th annual Community Kids’ Fest.
This year, Kids’ Fest will be held on Saturday, October 27 at Cooloon and extending into Recreation Park Oval—from 10am to 2pm. (NSW time)
This event is designed as an activity and information day for young children and their families.
The intent is to create an atmosphere where families in the community can come together to recog-nise the importance and value of children, enjoy each other and network with other families, as well as learn about local family and community support services. It is held in Children’s Week each year.
The day includes story-tellers, music and dancing, jumping slide, hands-on art, pony rides, roving enter-tainment and much more.
All the children’s activities are organised by Cooloon and are provided at no cost.
