Easter commemorates the most significant event of the Christian calendar.
In addition to its religious significance, celebrations across Australia include hot cross buns, chocolate eggs and the much anticipated Easter hat parade.
Hippity hopping their way around the bunny trail, Centaur students and teachers ‘eggstatically’ positioned their colourful creations upon their heads and merrily paraded in front of delighted parents.
Keeping in mind the meaning of Easter, a few coveted eggs were eaten throughout the morning break leaving smears of evidence around smiling faces.
