Kingscliff Chamber of Com-merce held their first meeting of the year at the Cudgen Headland Surf Club on Tuesday morning.
Guest speakers for the morning included Tweed Shire Council General manager David Keenan, Mayor Barry Longland and council officer Warren Boyd, who updated on the one-way street for Marine Parade.
Ian Taylor from the Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club, talked about a major bowls event planned for the town later this year.
