FEDERAL member for Richmond Justine Elliot, her family, and staff have wished everyone on the north coast a safe and happy Christmas.
“My husband Craig, our children Alexandra and Joe, my staff and I wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and a happy and exciting New Year.
“Christmas is a special time of year when families, friends, neighbours and communities can come together to celebrate the festive season.
“I’d like to thank those who give so much of their time to make the north coast such a great place to live.
“I particularly want to thank the police and the emergency services for their tireless work throughout the year and over the busy holiday season.
“It’s a privilege to serve the people of Richmond and I thank them for re-electing me as their voice in Canberra at this year’s federal election.
“It’s such an honour to represent our community and I’m so proud of how much we’ve achieved by working together.
“Together in 2014 we’ll continue to fight for issues that are important to us like stopping coal seam gas mining on the north coast.
“We’ve shown that when we will stand together we achieve so much. I’ll continue to be a strong voice in Canberra for the issues that are important to us,” said Justine.
