THE Tweed PCYC is a hub for basketball in Tweed Heads, running regular competitions throughout the year.
The final competition for 2013 wrapped up on Wednesday night last week after a successful year.
Nominations are now open for the 2014 seasons. Senior competitions will begin late January with juniors beginning in February.
A junior basketball clinic for 6-12 year olds will be held during the school holidays on Tuesday 14 January, from 10am to noon (NSW), at $10 per child (bookings essential).
The club’s open day will be held on Saturday 1 February and will feature a basketball clinic from noon to 1pm for all ages.

Under-10s: Exhibition game.
Under-12s grand final: Tigers 30 d Knicks 19. MVP for grand final – Jack Crowe.
All-abilities: Exhibition game, coached by Jenny Whittle (ex-Australian/WNBL player).
Senior men’s grand final: Teds 49 d Uncle Drews 40. MVP for grand final – Mat McIntyre.
