The Tweed’s newest job services provider, First Sun Employment, continues to shine in the employment services industry.
First Sun is once again celebrating after the most recent public release of the Federal Government’s report card on Job Services Australia Providers throughout Australia.
These results are publicly available from the Government’s website for performance up to 31/12/10.
First Sun Employment received a four star rating (out of five) – the only office in the Tweed region to do so.
This result is particularly impressive as the organisation only opened its doors as a service provider on July 1, 2009 and was competing against much larger organisations.
First Sun General Manager Stephen Gonda paid tribute to his staff, attributing the organisation’s success to them. “Our dedicated staff offers a very professional and personal service to clients, assessing barriers and going that extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for their individual employment or training needs,” he said.
“Between us,” Mr Gonda said, “we have over 50 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and our staff pride themselves on looking at the big picture for our clients’ future career goals.
“We do not just focus on placing them in to any job then forgetting about them. We focus on the positives of every client rather than dwelling on the negatives. We are an Indigenous specialist provider as well as servicing all eligible jobseekers from our client base, which covers all clients within our community.”
Mr Gonda thanked local employers and job seekers for showing faith in the ‘new kids on the block’ and said that First Sun Employment would continue to shine and lead the field by providing a FREE, professional recruitment service to all employers, and free employment services to all eligible job seekers.
