Brains strained at Sandon’s Trivia Night

An inaugural Sandon Public School Trivia Night took place recently in the school’s hall. The diligently prepared quiz (by quiz master, Edward Harwood) proved challenging, enlightening and fun for the members and supporters of the school, which is renowned for its socially cohesive integration of special needs and traditional primary school education. The Trivia Night was a fundraiser for the Sandon P&C.
Generous Armidale businesses donated over $1600 worth of prizes. The teams were named after less dominant countries that compete in the Olympics. The Virgin Islands won the “Mega Guess”, while Liechtenstein was the overall winner.
