CARERS in and around Armidale are needed to contribute to a study of carers’ mental health and wellbeing.
Local carers do not have the same access to services as people in cities, so this study will help inform policy makers about local challenges.
The study aims to give a voice to some hard-working, and often silent, Australians.
Participants are asked to complete a confidential survey, which is simple and takes just 30 minutes to complete, online or on paper.
People who complete the survey will receive a $5 gift voucher.

To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older and live in Northern NSW.
