The Independent Member for New England, Tony Windsor, will hold a public meeting at the Armidale Town Hall on Thursday, November 15 from 7pm till 9pm.
At this meeting, Mr Windsor will report back to the community on a number of important issues including: progress made on his agreement to form government; the role of the ‘Hung’ Parliament; criticisms of the so-called ‘Independent’ brand — the logic and the myths; Armidale’s leadership in the renewable energy debate; the National Broadband Network (NBN) rollout; the Murray Darling debate; and the Armidale Hospital fiasco.
Mr Windsor invites all from the community to attend to hear first-hand about these and other points and ask questions about any concerns people may have.
“I look forward to the opportunity of informing the community of the work I have been doing on their behalf and look forward to answering the questions people may ask,” Mr Windsor said.
