A MASSIVE weekend for the New England rugby reunion began on Friday night with the Welcome Wallaby Reception at the Quality Hotel Powerhouse. Ex-Australian Wallaby players who played in the New England spoke at the gala event, reminiscing about their time playing in the New England and the colourful characters they met along the way. Memorabilia from 120 years of New England rugby was on display with the highlight a display of jerseys from clubs and teams that played over the years in the New England.
