Raising healthy vegies

Enjoying a girls night in are Louise Ritchie, Jannah Goodman-Jones, Lara Granger and Vicki Hancock.

ROBERT Hoad has years of experience in constructing garden beds and has loads of advise on growing organic veggies.
He said there are many advantages and benefits of raised garden beds.
“Firstly it’s a real back-saver it’s a great idea for older gardeners as there is much less bending – no more having to get down on the ground!
“And for those with young children there are no sharp edges – great for kids to garden, a great height for little ones.
“Garden beds are very easy to look after, they are minimal weeding and have great drainage for wet weather,” Robert said.
“Another plus is, you can choose any Colorbond colour to match your house.
“The beds are made from durable Colorbond zincalume and come fully assembled and installed in your garden. It can be filled with soil and ready for you to grow your own veggies and plants.”
With Spring here there is no better time to start your vegie garden, especially when Robert is offering half price soil until the end of October.
“I’m a local serving locals young and old, I’m friendly and helpful and happy to help with advice for growing organic veggies,” he said.
