ABBIE Widin will share her thoughts on women in business at an Armidale Business Chamber breakfast tomorrow morning.
Ms Widin, a success business coach, will speak at the New England Enterprising Women gathering at the Best Western.
Armidale Business Chamber executive Tracy Prendergast said Ms Widin helped ambitious women service providers significantly grow their business and themselves.
“She brings an energetic intensity to helping women clarify their goals and growth strategies,” Ms Prendergast said.
Ms Widin is the author of Catapult: A Woman’s Guide to Building a 7-Figure Business.
“I spend a lot of time talking to women in my business and I find that almost all of the women that I speak to want their business or career to be more successful this year than it was last year,” she said.
“The difference between women who succeed – whatever that success looks like to you – and others, is their willingness to commit to growing. No matter what.”
The Armidale Business Chamber’s New England Enterprising Women series was established in August 2009 and has grown considerably through regular events and communication to more than 600 women.
