ENVIRONMENT Minister Robyn Parker will be visiting Armidale today.
The NSW MP will meet with Member for Northern Tablelands Adam Marshall and Bishop Rick Lewers to announce that the Armidale Anglican Church Cathedral will be placed on the State Heritage Register.
Ms Parker will also visit Saumarez Homestead during her trip.
NRL jackpot grows
A HANDFUL of upsets in the NRL over the weekend meant that no-one tipped eight winners in the New England Mutual-Armidale Independent footy tipping competition.
It means that this week’s cash prize jackpots to $100!

Limited editions
ORDERS are now being taken for the book that celebrates Armidale’s sesquicentenary.
In the lead up to the launch of Armidale 150 Years, 50 limited edition copies are on sale.
They will be numbered and marked with the Armidale Dumaresq Council’s official seal. They cost is $75 and can be pre-purchased.
Armidale 150 Years will be officially launched by former long-serving mayor Doug Hewitt at the Armidale Town Hall on Friday 4 April from 5.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and copies of the book will be available for purchase at $45.
