The new video-call booking service for customer services is available for public use online now.
It allows for a face-to-face interaction with council customer services officers over the web using video conferencing software where a video conversation and the sharing of documents can occur online in real time.
Members of the public or local businesses are now encouraged to access an online council calendar, select a desired date and time, and make a reservation for a video-call to be conducted with council customer services at a time suitable in the future.
