Softball season set to start

The ladies at Tweed Heads Bowls Club celebrate raising more than $1500 for the Relay for Life next year. The relay - now in it's third year in this region, will be held in March at Cudgen Leagues Club.

The Armidale Softball Association is about to kick off another season. The 2013/2014 season has been postponed by one week and will now commence on 19 October 2013, with games to be held every Saturday at North Armidale Sporting Complex.

The 2013/14 season will cater for boys and girls aged 5-10 (tee-ball), boys and girls aged 11-14 (mod-ball) and softball for those ladies 15 and over. Expressions of interest are being sought once again for men (15 and over) interested in playing a senior mixed competition.
Softball is a great social sport, and we accept all levels of ability and experience.
