Property talk at pub

THE Armidale Business Chamber is expecting to provide good news for property investors at its next Pub Chat, Thursday 24 October at the White Bull Hotel.
The event will begin with a short briefing from John Sewell of the Professionals, at which he will outline recent trends, as well as his broader insights from his long career in the local real estate market.
The Armidale Business Chamber has established Pub Chats as a monthly forum for local business people, for relaxed discussions, networking and exchanges of ideas on business topics.
“We are very much looking forward to what John Sewell has to share about his experiences in the local market and his views on current property trends,” Chamber CEO, Tracy Pendergast said.
“There is some discussion that – after a long period of low growth – the local market is about to pick up,” she said.
“Some are describing ‘strong optimism’ for a property market recovery across the New England region with some experts pointing to potential growth of up to 10 per cent per annum for coming years.
“However, as always, the strength of our market depends on broader factors. Next Thursday’s Pub Chat will be a great opportunity to hear from a local expert about the potential – and the likely trends for commercial and residential property.”
The Armidale Business Chamber’ October Pub Chat takes place 5.30- 6.30pm this Thursday 24 October at the White Bull Hotel.
Entry is free (buy your own drinks) for Armidale Business Chamber members and their guests. Further details www.armidalechamber.com.au.
