RESIDENTS are urged to participate in NSW Hepatitis Awareness Week which runs from 21-28 July.
An afternoon tea and information session to launch a hepatitis C support group will be held in the Activities Room at Kent House in Faulkner Street, Armidale, between 2pm and 4pm this Saturday 27 July.
This event is a collaboration between the Neighbourhood Centre, Anglicare and local residents. Fortnightly meetings will be held subsequently to assist people who may be affected by hepatitis C.
