ROD Gregory first came to prominence in 2010 on Australia’s Got Talent and since then has gone on to become one of the best loved and most popular acts on the Australian entertainment scene. His touring schedule is enormous and he does regional dates all the time, getting out to places many Aussie acts don’t ever get to. This Saturday night 28 September he will be performing at the Armidale Ex-Services Memorial Club.
Rod is a retired farmer from Maitland South Australia; a sheep farmer and prized wine grower, forced into retirement after three lots of back surgery, and is now one of Australia’s most loved, and busiest entertainers.
Since Australia’s Got Talent The Old Fella has performed in excess of 200 shows, in 14 months by demand. He averages four shows each week in theatres and clubs, wherever they love good old humour and a fair dinkum Aussie bloke.
After each show, Rod is surrounded by large groups, all wishing to have a chat, photos and autographs. Such is his wonderful appeal, and just how well he relates to people … they love The Old Fella!
The Old Fella brings his bush humour to Armidale on Saturday 28 September. He is supported by Jenna Dearness Dark who you may have seen on The Voice. Contact the Armidale Ex-Services memorial Club on 6776 0800 for more information.
