THE grass is green and the times should be slick at the Armidale Greyhound Racing Club on Saturday.
Eight races have been programmed for the club’s penultimate meeting of the season.
Bookmaker, track curator and club publicity officer Barry Mitchell said the track was in top condition.
“That rain we’ve had has really made a difference,” he said.
“This is just a regular meeting for us, but our last meeting of the year should be pretty big as we have a fund-raiser happening.”
