Roughly 140 riders and their horses put the new NEGS equestrian cross country course through its paces over the weekend during the inaugural running of the NEGS One Day Event, with feedback from riders about the course extremely positive.
“We were really pleased with how smoothly the event went over the weekend; it was really well received by the community and the equestrian fraternity,” said NEGS Equestrian Manager Sally Reed.
“Riders felt the course was well built and allowed different abilities and varying age competitors to go round and have a lot of fun.”
