Man of the Moment maroons rugby league coach Mal Meninga will be guest speaker at the annual Salt Surf Life Saving Club Sportsmans Lunch later this year.
The announcement is a major coup for Salt SLSC especially after Queensland’s record breaking six series wins in a row in the state of origin..
Big Mal will be entering Blues territory to share his many stories of footy, fame, locker room antics and of course how he led Queensland to six straight State Of Origin series victories.
Mal will also be joined by Sam Kekovich, AFL legend and champion of lamb for a hilarious afternoon of footy stories from greats of both codes.
The 7th Annual Salt SLSC Sportsman’s lunch will be held at Saltbar Beachbar and Bistro on Friday October 14 with funds raised from the event going to support the Salt SLSC.
