G J Gardner Homes Tweed Heads continues to cement their place as one of the top builders in NSW.
Regular award winners, the local team has just added another two prestigious gongs to their ever-growing awards list.
They won the best contract home in the $500,001 to $700,000 category and the best medium density development, townhouses and villas section, in the 2012 Master Builders Association NSW Northern Regions Building Industry Awards.
G J Gardner Homes Tweed Heads managing director Peter Leotta said these regional awards for excellence were considered to be the most prestigious awards on offer in the building industry.
“There’s no better recognition,” Mr Leotta said. “These awards are considered the most sought after and the most hotly contested. You’re being judged by the best in the industry.”
He said the entries were judged on overall quality, finish and design as well as value for money.
“We aim to do the best that we can do while making it easier and less stressful for clients,” Mr Leotta said.
“We set a high level of attention to detail and quality without compromising value for money.
“Every single home is unique and we always try to achieve above and beyond the customers’ expectations. We are genuinely proud of each home we do.”
He said their success could not be possible without their exceptional team of staff, tradespeople and suppliers, of whom he was very proud.
“We all share a very similar goal. We’re very, very proud of what we do, we’re entrenched in our community and we’re passionate about the area. We’re out there to add value to the region,” Mr Leotta said.
G J Gardner Homes Tweed Heads had also won the 2009 Master Builders Residential High Rise up to $15 million award, the 2010 Master Builders Queensland Home of the Year up to $750,000 and Mr Leotta himself was recognised as the Master Builders Rising Star in 2010.
