All over the world people were celebrating last week’s
auspicious date 12/12/12 and none more than Banora
Point youngster Tahlia Dargin.
And, while for most people it was hard to tell if 12/12/12
was a lucky date, it certainly was for Tahlia.
You see, she had one more 12 than the rest of us – she
was 12 on 12/12/12.
Not that she had the birthday all on her own, sharing it
with her great-aunt Lucy and great-great-aunt Anne.
So, with her special day taking on even more signifi –
cance this year, Tahlia decided the best way to celebrate
was with a cake (at noon of course) at her school. So Mum,
dad and sister Liarna headed to the school with a cake in
tow to make sure the day was even more special.
