Jeffery’s missing and we’re guessing he wasn’t stolen by anyone with phobias of clowns or balloons.
You see, Jeffery is an eight-metre tall inflatable clown being used to promote the Loritz Circus which is performing in Kingscliff this week.
“Unfortunately we have had our most important member of the Circus stolen,” Circus marketing manager Paul Johnson said.
“He is Jeffrey our 8m Tall inflatable clown, stolen overnight Saturday, believed to be around 2am.
“We are keen to get him back and offer a reward for any information leading to his whereabouts.”
Jeffery was one of a number of promotional items around the town promoting the circus’s appearance and he was last seen domiciled on private property in Kingscliff Street.
Mr Johnson said anyone knowing Jeffery’s whereabouts or who comes across an eight-metre inflatable clown (let’s face it he’ll be hard to miss) should call the circus on 0439 247 287 or Kingscliff police.
