THE Juniors of the Cudgen Headland Surf Lifesaving Club headed back to the beach on Sunday for the start of their regular season which was also part of the club’s annual open day celebrations. As well as the Nippers, the club had representatives from the Kingscliff Coast Guard, Kingscliff fire brigade, police force and ambulance on-hand to chat to the general public while the Kingscliff Lions ran the barbecue on the day. The event starts a busy year for the club with major competitions coming thick and fast.
