Weight Watchers springs into action

Spring has sprung and Weight Watchers South Tweed believe it’s a good time to do something about your health and unwanted kilos.
Recently at the Weight Watchers Meeting at South Tweed Heads, a special meeting took place, that was an inspiration to all that attended .
Leading the meeting was Diamond leader Kate Slop, who has lost a total of 15kgs following the New Propoints Plan.
Guest speaker Sarah Koen won the title of state finalist of The Healthy life awards for NSW 2010.
Sarah captivated the members by taking them through her incredible journey, which saw her lose 30kg on the Weight Watchers plan which she has maintained for 10 years!!!
Sarah wasn’t different from any of the members and they all related to her story one way or another.
She brought along her old pants – size 102 men’s jeans, they have been a constant reminder and there has been very little danger that Sarah would ever be overweight again, thanks to Weight Watchers’ life ime membership.
“I now live and eat differently,” Sarah said.
“I’m a new person and I like the new me!
“Come and see for yourself and be motivated and supported in a unique environment of a Weight Watchers meeting.”
The South Tweed group is located at the Banora Baptist Church, Corporation circuit, Sth Tweed Heads every Saturday morning from 8.30am to 9.30am (EST)
