THE countdown to the far north coast’s first ever Falls Festival (31 December to 3 January) has began.
With a program that includes Neil Finn, Johnny Marr, Potato Potato, The Cat Empire, Violent Femmes and Vampire Weekend organisers are expecting a big crowd for the over 18’s event.
As well as the international stars the event will include an array of local talent at The Village and an extensive Art Camp.
How to get there
Coming from the Tweed
1. Travel south on Pacific Highway.
2. Continue past first Tweed Valley Way exit at Murwillumbah.
3. Take Tweed Valley Way/Brunswick Valley Exit at Yelgun rest stop.
4. Turn left onto Tweed Valley Way and travel 1.2km.
5. Turn right into Gate C at the North Byron Parklands stone column.
