Something’s brewing at the bar

By Tania Phillips

SALTBAR Beachbar and Bistro is set to hold a Burleigh Brewing Brewmaster’s Dinner on Friday 13 September from 7pm.
The very entertaining, and award-winning internationally-trained Brewmaster and businessman Brennan Fielding will host the evening.
The Burleigh Brewing Brewmaster’s Dinner will feature the famous My Wife’s Bitter, award-winning German wheat beer HEF, no-carb Big Head, Black Giraffe and Mt Warning Pale Ale.
Each craft beer will be accompanied by matching flavours, with a canapé on arrival and four matching degustation courses designed by Saltbar Beachbar and Bistro’s Executive Chef Mark McConnell.
Awarded the Telstra Queensland Business of the Year Award in July 2013, the Burleigh Brewing Company is a local success story which goes from strength to strength, creating new, distinctly different, award-winning craft beers.
From a humble start in 2007 as a team of two, Peta and Brennan Fielding have created a business from their passion for quality and innovation, growing the range of Burleigh Brewing Company’s craft beers to keep up with demand.
Having recently celebrated their sixth anniversary, the Burleigh Brewing Company has managed to grow without compromising on the enthusiasm and commitment that has made the company successful.
