I see our state government have found another way of extracting money from the public as well as stealing the power that householders produce from their solar panels. They are now jacking up the prices of road traffic fines. Whilst I agree with heavy fines for mobile phone use when driving, the fine for not indicating on a roundabout is just revenue raising. If one is going straight through the roundabout, a left or right hand indication causes more confusion
Police drivers do not indicate, so they have received the education that is needed to overcome the problem, along with a bit of common sense.
Why do our state govern-ments have to change a successful system used in Europe for almost a hundred years, just to build up general revenue?
