Thank you Armidale

May I first say what a beautiful city you have and if it wasn’t for your Heritage Bus Tour, we would not have seen half of its beauty.
What a wonderful concept! However, if it wasn’t for your Deputy Mayor Jim Maher, we wouldn’t have known it existed. You see, my husband and I met Mr Maher in the lift of Armidale Hospital. While telling Mr Maher that we admired your city, he told us about the bus tour and said the driver would pick up and drop off at Armidale Hospital, which he did. Thank you Mr Maher, we will spread the word to al who’ll listen about this very interesting tour. Thank you to Elizabeth for her informative commentary and photographs.
A very special thank you to our driver Brian who was so very kind and helpful, helping my husband in and out of the bus numerous times on the wheelchair access and transferring him into and out of the bus seat and buckling him in.
Also a big thank you to the kind, dedicated and hardworking staff at the hospital. The doctors, nurses, wards men, ward clerk, physio, occupational and speech therapists, social worker, catering, reception and kiosk ladies.
I hope the next time we come to Armidale will be here as tourists and enjoy all over again.
Thank you Armidale.

Rod and Kerry Kemp,
