Why has no one complained to the council about the dreadful way in which the trees in Mann St have been hacked, (some almost to death)? Why, also, should this so called tree lopping be carried out just before we get our beautiful autumn leaves? It seems crazy to me.
Whoever does this job has no idea of shaping the trees so that they will grow back into a decent canopy.
Will someone on the council please respond?
