The PM has just told Australia and her colleagues that none of the current MPs are suitable or have the ability and intelligence to be Foreign Minister—she had to go outside to get a suitable placement for that position. Stephen Smith and others are justifiably insulted; this is insulting to the electors telling them the candidates they elected are too dumb for the position.
