In Agreement

I commend your publishing of two letters especially last week, both of which I agree with entirely.
The first, by G J May concerning the continual persecution of Julian Assange and the second by Peter Schuback on taking a stand against fracking.
Both principles involved are so important that the State and Federal Governments would be well advised to have a very quick re-think on the way they are heading.
Get this through your heads, Pollies; the people of Australia are getting sick and tired of watching their major assets eroded and sold off by incompetent, wasteful fools to greedy, more often than not Multi-National Corporations who plunder this great land of ours, regardless.
And as for Julian, well, all he is guilty of as far as I’m concerned, is letting the public know the truth. Unfortunately, in the process, he has dared to show elements of the American military as, for one thing, not exactly particular as to who they shoot, let alone in a heroic light.
