Children of all ages can participate in a number of activites such as gymnastics, tennis, basketball and dance.
The YMCA’s program co-ordinator, Jarad Morrison, said Footscray’s YMCA Gymnastics Club incorporated competitive and recreational gymnastics for girls and boys of all ages.
“Gymnastics is one of our more popular programs, we even have a gymnastics class for children under four, the Tiny Tots class,” he said.
Class fees for all programs depend on the sports and how often children attend, but prices start from about $56 per term.
