FOR every Carrie Bradshaw fan, this race is for you.The Warwick foundation is calling on all ladies to throw on their favourite stilettos, kitten heels, pumps or platforms on 10 April at the Whitten Oval to try and break the Guinness World Record for the Most People Running in High Heeled Shoes. The current record is 279. Jade McKenzie, Samantha Lehmann and Judy Ipper are ready. Men are also encouraged to throw on some heels to make the dash. The $25 registration fee will go towards the Warwick Foundation’s Mates in my Shoes program for cancer patients.
