LAST Saturday’s fire at the Auto Smart and West Wreckers in Sunshine North has left the company with damages up to $500,000, Metropolitan Fire Brigade senior station officer Ian Munro said.
Mr Munro said the fire was fought externally as gas cylinders were exploding.
No one was injured and the blaze was brought under control in 30 minutes by 50 firefighters, he said.
