CAROLINE Springs was in party mode last Sunday when residents turned up to celebrate the area being acknowledged as Australia’s best masterplanned community.
The day involved free food, entertainment and music, which was organised by Delfin Lend Lease.
Caroline Springs won the excellence award from the Urban Development Institute of Australia last month.
Delfin project director Martin Gaedke said the event was organised to thank residents for making Caroline Springs Australia’s “best address”.
