A COURT case between Brimbank City Council and Sunshine resident Ken Mooney did not take place last week as no summons had been issued.
Mr Mooney, who was fined $100 during a council meeting last July but refused to pay the fine because he was “exercising” his right of free speech, said he was expecting the court case to take place last Thursday at the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court.
It is still unknown when the case will he heard.
