POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on 20 September involving a Keilor East man and a Keilor Park woman.
The incident occurred about 9.20pm outside 492 Fullarton Rd, Airport West. Police believe a blue Holden Commodore was travelling at high speed west on Fullarton Rd before spinning and colliding with a power pole. The driver, a 30-year-old man from Keilor East, died in hospital on 21 September as a result of his injuries.
A 21-year-old woman from Keilor Park, who was the only passenger in the car, remains in hospital with serious injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
