PAYMENTS and inquiries can now be made at Brimbank Council’s first mobile customer service centre at Errington Community Centre, Princess Street, St Albans.
The mobile centre will be at the centre each Wednesday from 9am to 12noon and then from 1pm to 4pm.
The new service is being provided on a trial basis until July with the aim of making the council’s customer service more accessible and providing a one-stop shop service.
The results of the trial period until July will be incorporated into the council’s draft customer service strategy, which will set the future direction for customer service in Brimbank.
