POLICE are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 16-year-old international student.
Vietnamese teenager Loan Le has not been seen since 20 March 2008 when she failed to show up to school.
Loan had been living with her sister in Kealba prior to the disappearance. Police believe Loan may be frequenting the St Albans or Springvale areas.
She is described as 160cm tall, of thin build, with olive complexion and black hair.
