FIVE men have been charged over the murder of a 20-year-old Diggers Rest man last month.
Ante Vucak, 18, of Cairnlea, John Ray Garcia, 20, of St Albans; Tomislav Panic, 18, of Hillside, Jovan Ogrizovic, 18, of Caroline Springs and Mladen Mrnjaus, 20, of St Albans, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
All of the men were charged with affray, murder and attempted murder.
They were remanded to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court again on 2 June.
