WYNDHAM V/Line ticket holders will be able to travel free of charge on metropolitan trains, trams and buses within the Metcard zone printed on their ticket, beginning this week.
The initiative is part of the State Government’s CommuterPlus Package, aimed at reducing fares.
Those with new look V/Line tickets labelled Z1, Z2 or Z3 can travel within Metcard zones one, two or three respectively.
